§ 91.16 DUTY TO REPORT.
   In the event of a fire or discovery of a fire or unauthorized smoke discharge caused by a fire, burning or smoldering combustibles on any property, the owner, occupant or person in control of the fire from which the fire or smoke is emanating shall immediately report the condition to the local Fire Department.
