The City Records Management Officer will submit a Local Government - Records Control Schedule to the State Library and Archives Commission. Once approved by the Commission, the Local Government - Records Control Schedule shall be retained and implemented by the Records Management Officer for use in the city, as provided by law. Any destruction of records of the city will be in accordance with the approved Local Government - Records Control Schedule and the Local Government Records Act.
