Parking on the right-of-way of State Highway 31, McEntire (FM 764), and Lone Star Road (FM 764) within the city shall be regulated and controlled as follows:
(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any vehicle on the paved portion of State Highway 31, McEntire (FM 764) and Lone Star Road (FM 764), within the city, save and except along that portion, if any, designated by lawfully authorized signs as an area in which parking is permitted.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any vehicle upon the right-of-way of any state highway, McEntire (FM 764) and Lone Star Road (FM 764).
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any vehicle within 14 feet from the paved portion of the following designated roadways:
(1) The east and west side of McEntire (FM 764) from the intersection of Lawrence Street and McEntire (FM 764) to the intersection of McEntire (FM 764) and Lone Star Road (FM 764);
(2) The north and south side of Lone Star (FM 764) from the intersection of McEntire (FM 764) and Lone Star (FM 764) to the intersection of Lone Star Road (FM 764) and Leagueline Road (FM 1667).
(D) It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any vehicle upon the right-of-way of the following sections of right-of-way of State Highway 31 (SH 31):
(1) The south side of SH 31 from a point 216 feet west of the intersection of SH 31 and Park Street (FM 764), to said intersection;
(2) The south side of SH 31 from a point 102 feet west of the intersection of SH 31 and Trotman Street, to said intersection;
(3) The south side of SH 31 from a point 116 feet west of the intersection of SH 31 and Lincoln Street, to said intersection;
(4) The south side of SH 31 and Leagueline Road (FM 1667), to said intersection;
(5) The north side of SH 31 from a point 177 feet east of the intersection of SH 31 and Leagueline Road (FM 1667), to said intersection;
(6) The north side of SH 31 from a point 110 feet east of the intersection of SH 31 and Church Street, to said intersection;
(7) The north side of SH 31 from a point 138 feet east of the intersection of SH 31 and Forehand Road, to said intersection;
(8) The north side of SH 31 from a point 185 feet east of the intersection of SH 31 and Highway 274, to said intersection.
