(A) The enforcement of a traffic control sign directing traffic to travel one way on West Eaton Street, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. is hereby authorized.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motor vehicle in an east-bound direction on West Eaton Street during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. during school hours. Any person who violates this schedule or part thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200.
