The City Administrator may revoke a permit issued under this subchapter if the permit holder, or the permit holder's employee, agent, or contractor, fails to comply with the subchapter or a condition of the permit. The permit holder may appeal revocation of a permit to the City Council by submitting a written notice of appeal to the City Secretary within ten days of the permit revocation. The appeal shall be scheduled for the next regular City Council meeting for which notice may be lawfully provided.
