All facilities, streets, sidewalks or other structures or property damaged, altered or injured, in any fashion, shall be restored with similar material and workmanship to that existing before the same was damaged, altered or injured through any actions of the permit holder or any agent, employee or contractor thereof, or a driver of a motor vehicle identified in a permit. All work shall be done to the satisfaction of the city. Acceptance of a permit provided for in this subchapter shall be conclusive evidence that the person to whom such permit is issued agrees to make good and pay all such damages upon demand therefore made by the city.
