(A) Findings of fact. The findings and recitations set out in this subchapter are found to be true and correct and they are hereby adopted by the City Council and made a part hereof for all purposes as findings of fact. The City Council hereby further finds and determines that the rules, regulations, terms, conditions, provisions and requirements of this subchapter are reasonable and necessary to protect the public health, safety and quality of life.
(B) Applicability. This subchapter applies to the streets and rights-of-way located within and adjacent to the Trinidad Business Park, being more particularly shown and described in the map attached to Ordinance 2009-009 as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all purposes.
