§ 53.30 MUFFLERS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Motive power for all operations after completion of drilling operations shall be electricity or properly muffled gas, gasoline or diesel engines.
   (B)   The mufflers are to be approved by the Oil and Gas Inspector prior to their use.
