§ 53.21 APPOINTMENT OF OIL AND GAS INSPECTOR.

The City Council shall appoint an Oil and Gas Inspector if, and when, the Council deems it advisable, and compensation for same shall be set by the Council. The Inspector may be removed at the will of the Council. It shall be the duty of the Oil and Gas Inspector to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
