§ 52.120 NO SERVICE GUARANTEE.

Customers are not guaranteed a specific quantity or pressure of water, or any specific level of any solid waste, sewer or other service, for any purpose whatever; in no instance shall the city be liable for failure or refusal to furnish water or any particular amount or pressure of water, or any other service under this chapter.
