Section IV-D. Geographic Areas Designated.
   The community plans include provision for certain areas of the City to be eligible for District Ml or District M-2 zoning.
   A.   Designated Areas. The following geographic areas are planned and designated as eligible for zoning for the location of manufactured home subdivisions and manufactured home parks:
      1.   The manufactured home park known as Mc Clintock Mobile Home Park located at the corner of N. Leagueline Road and Mc Clintock Lane, Trinidad, Texas, being more particularly known as Tract 13, being 13.07 acres, out of Abstract 581, George Novell Survey.
      2.   The manufactured home park known as Trinity Lake Mobile Home Park located at 10191 FM 1667, Trinidad, Texas, being more particularly known as Tract 33, being 13.63 acres, out of Abstract 430, William Ligon Survey.
      3.   Being within the boundaries of the manufactured home park known as Stanfield Mobile Home Park as the boundaries existed on the effective date of this ordinance located at 400 Lawrence St., Trinidad, Texas, being more or less three acres out of the 33.824 acre tract more particularly known as Tract 105, out of Abstract 17, N. Addison Survey.
   B.   Limitation. No land or area of the City shall be zoned for manufactured home subdivision or manufactured home park, unless it is located within one of the above described zones.
