Fee in Lieu of Park Dedication. The amount of open space required to be set aside less the amount of dedicated open space approved by the Planning Commission multiplied by the fair market land value at the time of application. This payment shall be deposited in the Parks and Recreation funds and used solely for the purchase, development, re-development, use and maintenance of the City Park system.
