266.01 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby created, in accordance with R.C. § 149.39 a Records Commission for the City, composed of the City Manager or his designee, as chairperson, the Director of Finance, the Law Director and a resident appointed by the City Manager. A secretary, who may be a member of the Records Commission, shall be appointed by the Records Commission and shall serve at its pleasure. The Commission members and secretary shall serve without compensation.
