258.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING.

There is hereby established a Department of Planning and Zoning to be administered by the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Such Administrator shall be subject to the Charter and the ordinances of the City of Trenton and to the ultimate direction of the City Manager. The Planning and Zoning Administrator shall report to the City Manager or his or her designee.
