256.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.

There is hereby established a Department of Information Technology to be administered by the Information Technology Director. Such Director shall be subject to the Charter and the ordinances of the City of Trenton and to the ultimate direction of the City Manager. The Information Technology Director shall report to the City Manager or his or her designee.
