(a) Unclassified Employee Appeal Procedure.
(1) Unclassified employees may appeal to the County Court of Appeals.
(b) Classified Employee Appeal Procedure.
(1) Classified employees who have completed the probationary period (designated or extended) may appeal any demotion, suspension, or dismissal to the Personnel Board for reconsideration.
(2) The Personnel Board shall establish procedures, rules and regulations with regards to the procedures for appealing any demotion, suspension, or dismissal.
