250.04 PROCEDURES AND CAUSES FOR DEMOTION, SUSPENSION, OR DISMISSAL FROM CLASSIFIED SERVICE.
   The City Manager shall establish procedures, rules and regulations with regards to the procedures and causes for demotion, suspension, or dismissal.
