222.20 COMMUNITY NIGHT OUT FUND.

There is hereby established a new fund to be known as the "Community Night Out Fund," which shall be numbered Fund 228 for the purpose of accounting for revenues and expenditures relating to the Community Night Out event sponsored by the City.
