(a) There is hereby created the position of part-time Collections Clerk of Mayor's Court;
(b) The hourly pay range shall be between eleven dollars fifty-four cents ($11.54) and fourteen dollars eighty-five cents ($14.85), retroactive to May 19, 2011;
(c) The hours of work shall be a maximum of 20 hours per week as set by the City Manager;
(d) The Collections Clerk shall be a part-time employee, and subject to all City ordinances pertaining to employment and benefits, subject to any differences defined in this section;
(e) The Collections Clerk may also occupy the Bailiff position simultaneously.
