(a) There is hereby created the position of part-time Chief of the City of Trenton Fire Department; and
(b) The annual salary range shall be between twenty-four thousand ($24,000) and thirty-two thousand ($32,000), retroactive to July 1, 2011. There shall be no other pay (training, maintenance, EMS runs, fire runs,etc. are all inclusive); and
(c) The hours of work shall be a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours per week as set by the City Manager.
(d) The Fire Chief shall have a take-home car, as long as he resides in the City of Trenton. the take-home car shall be pursuant to the City of Trenton’s take-home car policy, as defined by the City Manager.
(e) The Fire Chief shall be a part-time employee, and subject to all city ordinances pertaining to employment and benefits, subject to any differences defined in this section.
