222.16 WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

There is hereby established a new fund to be known as the “Water Capital Improvement Fund,” which shall be numbered Fund 025, for the purpose of more properly budgeting and accounting for capital expenditures in the Water Fund.
