222.15 SEWER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

There is hereby established a new fund to be known as the “Sewer Capital Improvement Fund,” which shall be numbered Fund 065, for the purpose of more properly budgeting and accounting for capital expenditures in the Sewer Fund.
