254.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.

There is hereby established a Department of Economic Development to be administered by the Economic Development Director. Such Director shall be subject to the Charter and the ordinances of the City of Trenton and to the ultimate direction of the City Manager. The Economic Development Director shall report to the City Manager or his or her designee.
