Should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chapter or of the Ohio Fire Code adopted in Section 1610.01 be declared to be invalid for any reason, Council hereby declares that it would have passed all other portions of this chapter and such Code independent of the elimination of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
