(a) Enforcement Officer. The City Manager shall assign the duties of administering and enforcing this Code to the Enforcement Officer. The Enforcement Officer may call upon any department, decision or contractor of the City for whatever assistance may be necessary to abate a violation of this Code.
(b) Liability. No officer, agent or employee of the City of Trenton shall be personally liable for any damage that may accrue to persons or property as a result of any act required or permitted in the discharge of his or her duties under this Code.
