1442.03 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   An application to construct and maintain a tower and/or wireless telecommunications facilities shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator no later than thirty days prior to a scheduled meeting of the Trenton City Planning Commission. Approval of said application by the Trenton City Planning Commission shall be required prior to construction.
   A preliminary development plan may be submitted to the Zoning Administrator prior to formal submission of the application to the Planning Commission. An applicant may wish to submit a preliminary development plan in order to receive guidance and direction prior to submitting the formal application.
   The application submitted for the construction and maintenance of a tower and/or telecommunication equipment shall include the following information:
   (a)   The location of all existing facilities within the City and all existing facilities outside the City limits within 1,320 feet of the corporate boundary, and including:
      (1)   The type and size of the tower at each location.
      (2)   The type of accessory equipment and/or equipment building located at each tower site.
      (3)   The ground network, if any, served by each tower.
   (b)   For each proposed tower facility being applied for, the following must be included:
      (1)   A fully scaled and dimensioned site plan showing the parcel on which the proposed tower and any equipment building or buildings are to be located. The site plan shall also include points of access into the site, proximity to adjacent property lines, parking facilities, and any other site specific issues relative to the granting of an application.
      (2)   A detailed drawing of the screening plan and related design standards.
      (3)   The type and size of the tower at each location.
      (4)   The type of accessory equipment and/or equipment building located or proposed for each tower.
      (5)   The type, size and location of any equipment buildings to be used by the tower for which the application is being submitted.
      (6)   The space available on the tower for additional equipment.
      (7)   The ground network, if any, served by the tower.
   (c)   Copies of all certified mail announcements to other tower users must be attached to the application. (See Section 1442.04(j).)
