1248.02 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICTS.

The following Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning Districts are hereby established, and upon their application to lands within the incorporated area of Trenton, shall control all land uses established thereon:

(a) PUD-R Planned Unit Development - Residential.

(b) PUD-O Planned Unit Development - Office.

(d) PUD-I Planned Unit Development - Industrial.

(e) PUD-MU Planned Unit Development - Mixed Use.
