(a) New streets shall be paved to the minimum width as specified in Appendix B.
(b) When land is being subdivided along an existing street, the City shall require the developer to widen the street to meet current required pavement widths as specified in this chapter.
(c) Right-of-way shall be dedicated along existing streets and/or newly created streets to meet the current requirement as stipulated in the City's Master Plan.
(d) Grades and curves shall not exceed the requirements specified in Chapter 1210.
(e) Curbs and gutters shall be required in all subdivisions on both sides of each street within the subdivision.
(f) Sidewalks, including handicap ramps at intersections and crosswalks, shall be required in all subdivisions and along all existing streets the entire length where the development abuts an existing street. Sidewalk standards shall be those specified in Chapter 1210.
