1210.03 INTERSECTIONS.
   (a)   Streets shall intersect at right angles wherever possible and practicable. No intersection of streets at angles less than 60 degrees shall be approved.
   (b)   Curb lines at intersections shall be rounded to a minimum radius of 25 feet, and property lines at intersections to a minimum radius of 15 feet.
   (c)   Street grades shall not exceed 3% within 100 feet of an intersection.
   (d)   The approach to an intersection shall be perpendicular to the intersected street for a distance of not less than 100 feet from the centerline of the intersected street.
   (e)   Jogs of less than 125 feet from centerline to centerline shall not be permitted.
   (f)   All changes in grades above 1% shall be connected by vertical curves of a minimum length of 50 feet or of 15 times the algebraic difference of the change in grade, whichever is the largest.
