Prior to the end of the 1-year maintenance period, the subdivider shall submit a written request to the Planning and Zoning Administrator for acceptance of the improvements and to end the 1-year maintenance period. The subdivider shall maintain, repair or replace any structure, pavement, drainage, seeding, or any other part of the subdivision or existing facility as directed by the Service Director or their designee.
