1206.23 RECORDING PROCEDURES.
   Upon approval of the final plat by the Planning Commission and the City Council, the plat shall go through the following procedures:
   (a)   The developer forwards the plat to the County Plat Department, where the lots are assigned permanent parcel numbers and the lots are added to the County Map System;
   (b)   The County Plat Department forwards the plat to the County Auditor's office for review and processing. The subdivider is then responsible for picking up the plat and paying an auditor's fee set by the County Auditor's office;
   (c)   The subdivider must take the approved plat to the County Recorder's office and pay a recording fee set by the Recorder's office;
   (d)   After the steps in divisions (a) through (c) of this section are completed, the approved plat shall be recorded and microfilmed. The subdivider shall immediately provide to the City a mylar copy of the recorded final plat.
