When the developer and their engineer have completed all the required steps, the plat may be submitted for consideration by the City Council. Upon approval by the City Council, the final plat shall be executed by the City Engineer, with confirmation of Council action by the Clerk of Council. Thus to be valid and in legal form for recording, a final plat shall bear the signatures of the City Engineer and the Clerk of Council.
