Upon receipt of the recommendations from advisory staff and commenting agencies the Planning Commission shall either approve or deny the final plat. The approval of the final or record plat by the Planning Commission shall not constitute a dedication or acceptance of any proposed street right-of-way shown on the plat. If the Planning Commission approves the final plat, the record plat must be submitted for approval to City Council. City Council shall have responsibility for approving the dedication of the land for street right-of-way purposes. If the Planning Commission denies the plat, then a revised final plat must be re-submitted to the Planning Commission for final approval.
