(a) The improvement plans will be checked by the subdivision review staff as to its conformity to the preliminary plat approval. City advisory staff shall also forward, as appropriate, copies of improvement plans, drainage calculations and the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan to relevant agencies for the purpose of providing supplemental evaluation and recommendations.
(b) The subdivision review staff shall have 30 working days in which to review the improvement drawings submitted and make written findings. These findings shall be forwarded to the subdivider and their engineer for corrections. The subdivider and their engineer shall have 30 working days to make corrections as indicated in the advisory staff comments. The subdivision review staff shall then review the corrections within 10 working days to see if the drawings are then in conformance with the standards set forth in these regulations. If the drawings fail to be corrected to the standards set forth in these regulations, or are not in conformance with the comments stipulated in the preliminary plat approval, then the drawings will not be immediately referred to the Planning Commission.
