(a) After preliminary plat approval, the subdivider shall submit improvement plans. The subdivider and their engineer must submit 4 sets of improvement plans for review to the City Zoning Administrator and the City's engineer.
(b) Improvement plans shall conform to the requirements set forth in these regulations and shall satisfy any stipulations set forth in the preliminary approval. All plans must be prepared by a registered engineer.
(c) Improvement plans shall also be accompanied by a Soil and Erosion Sediment Control (SESC) plan, as submitted to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) for the purposes of obtaining a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. A copy of this permit shall be submitted to the City prior to the start of construction.
