(a) It shall be the duty of the Planning Commission and subdivision review staff to enforce the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations in the manner and form and with the powers provided in the laws of the State of Ohio.
(b) All departments, officials and employees of the City who are vested with the duty or authority to issue permits shall issue no permit for any use, building or purpose if the same would be in conflict with the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations.
