(a) The plat of any proposed subdivision shall be recorded, for taxation purposes, within 1 year of the final approval date by the Planning Commission, in the office of both the Clerk of Council and the County Recorder.
(b) No plat of any subdivision shall be permitted to be recorded by the Clerk of Council or the County Recorder, and no plat of any subdivision shall have any validity until it is submitted and approved in the proper manner as prescribed by these Subdivision Regulations.
