1202.06 PRIOR VIOLATIONS UNAFFECTED.

The enactment of these Subdivision Regulations shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation of any ordinance or part or provision of any ordinance of the City or Butler County prior to the taking effect of these Subdivision Regulations.
