The provisions contained within these Subdivision Regulations shall apply to land situated within the corporate limits of the City. However, in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, the City may, from time to time, choose to exercise its right to comment on subdivisions proposed to be developed within close proximity to its corporate boundaries.
