Residents of the City, exclusive of those utilizing commercial container service, prior to placing household refuse at the street line for weekly collection by the City, shall separate all recyclable materials from other waste or trash, which shall be collected along with the regular waste collection by the designated waste hauler. All newspaper should be bundled separately and/or placed in separate paper sacks. All other recyclables shall be placed at the street line in a separate individual recycling container provided by the City's waste contractor alongside the regular waste.
