1054.02 UTILITY DEPOSIT TRUST FUND.

(a) The Treasurer is hereby authorized to set up a fund for the deposit of all funds paid to the City to secure the payment of water, sewer and/or refuse bills.

(b) Such Fund shall be designated the Utility Deposit Trust Fund.
