(a) In the event a lot, parcel of land, building or premises discharging sewage, industrial wastes, water or other liquids into the City’s sewerage system, either directly or indirectly, is a user of water supplied by the City, and the quantity of water used is measured by a water meter acceptable to the City Manager, then, in each such case, the quantity of water used, as measured by such meter, shall be used to determine the sewer service charge or rental as provided in this chapter.
(b) Master meters are required for duplex, triplex, quadplex, and multi-family units. Those charges are to be payable monthly by the owner of the property.
