1040.06 UNLAWFUL DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY SEWERS.

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, cooling water or unpolluted industrial process water to any sanitary sewer.
