EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 3-96, passed May 16, 1996, established the City as an enterprise zone, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5709.61 through 5709.69, and authorized the Board of County Commissioners of Butler County to establish a tax incentive review council to execute agreements for the purpose of establishing, expanding, renovating or occupying facilities, hiring new employees and preserving jobs within the City in exchange for local tax incentives granted by the County, with the consent and approval of the City, and authorized the County to petition and/or furnish copies of any agreements to any State agency as required by the Ohio Revised Code.
There are no sections in Chapter 898. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
