No adult entertainment facility shall do any of the following:
(a) Permit any person under the age of 18 to enter the facility.
(b) Offer for sale or rent, or otherwise disseminate any obscene materials.
(c) Knowingly permit, between its employees/agents/contractors and patrons, or between or among patrons, any of the activities identified by Section 880.04(h)(2) and (h)(3), defining specified sexual activities.
(d) Fail to maintain continuous supervision of all patrons of the facility.
(e) Fail to maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.
