860.12 REVOCATION OF TAXICAB LICENSE FOR NONUSE.

Whenever a taxicab licensee fails to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate a taxicab for a period of sixty days, the Treasurer may either suspend or revoke such license pursuant to the provisions of Section 804.08.
