860.11 TAXICAB LICENSE RENEWAL.

All owners of taxicabs licensed under this chapter, at the completion of the year for which such license was issued, shall be entitled to a renewal for each succeeding year without a finding of convenience or necessity, provided that all other requirements of this chapter have been complied with.
