Each applicant for a taxicab license shall present and file with the Treasurer his signed application setting forth the trade name under which he intends to do business, the number of vehicles and a general description of each vehicle for which a license is desired, the marking or lettering to be used thereon and any other information required by the Treasurer pertinent to the issuance of such license.
