850.01 OPERATING STANDARDS.

Each filling station (as defined in Ohio R.C. 3741.13) within the City that offers self-service shall be operated in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 3741 and any amendments thereto, and standards adopted thereunder by the State Fire Marshal.
