830.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to regulate and control garage sales conducted on the premises of residences within residential zoning districts. It is not the purpose of this chapter to prevent a nonprofit organization from conducting garage sales on real estate owned and/or occupied by such organization, or one such sale annually on real estate owned by a member.
